Shipping Policy

Healthyfy Exports LLP (“we,” “our,” or “us”) is committed to providing reliable and efficient shipping services for our wholesale and retail Makhana export customers. This Shipping Policy outlines the procedures, terms, and conditions for shipping and logistics.
1. Shipping Methods
a) Sea Freight
- Port of Dispatch: Mundra Port, Dadri Port, Nhava Sheva, Mumbai, India.
- Shipping Incoterms: FOB, CIF, or EXW, as agreed upon with the customer.
- Estimated Transit Time: 20-40 days depending on destination.
b) Air Cargo
- Airport of Dispatch: Indira Gandhi International Airport, New Delhi, India.
- Shipping Incoterms: FCA, CPT, or DAP, as agreed upon with the customer.
- Estimated Transit Time: 5-10 days depending on destination.
2. Shipping Process
- Order Confirmation: Orders are confirmed once payment and required documentation are completed.
- Packaging: Products are carefully packed in export-grade packaging to ensure product safety during transit.
- Documentation: We provide the following shipping documents:
- Commercial Invoice
- Packing List
- Bill of Lading (Sea Freight) or Airway Bill (Air Cargo)
- Certificate of Origin
- Phytosanitary Certificate (if applicable)
- Insurance Certificate (for CIF shipments)
- Customs Clearance: We assist with export customs clearance in India. Import customs clearance at the destination is the customer’s responsibility unless agreed otherwise.
- Shipping Notification: Once shipped, tracking details and copies of shipping documents will be provided.
3. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs depend on the following factors:
- Shipping method (Sea or Air)
- Destination port or airport
- Weight and volume of the shipment
- Selected Incoterms
Shipping costs will be communicated during the order confirmation process.
4. Delivery Timeline
- Sea Freight: Estimated delivery time is 20-40 days from the date of dispatch, subject to shipping schedules and customs clearance.
- Air Cargo: Estimated delivery time is 5-10 days from the date of dispatch.
Delays may occur due to customs clearance, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances. We will notify you promptly in case of significant delays.
5. Incoterms
We operate under the following Incoterms, depending on customer requirements:
- FOB (Free On Board): We handle all costs and risks up to the loading of the goods onto the shipping vessel.
- CIF (Cost, Insurance, and Freight): We cover costs, insurance, and freight to the agreed destination port.
- EXW (Ex Works): The customer is responsible for all shipping and logistics from our warehouse.
- FCA (Free Carrier): We deliver the goods to the carrier or a location agreed upon by both parties.
- CPT (Carriage Paid To): We handle carriage costs to the agreed destination.
- DAP (Delivered At Place): We deliver the goods to a specific location, with the customer responsible for import duties.
6. Shipping Insurance
- Insurance coverage is provided for CIF shipments.
- For other Incoterms, insurance can be arranged upon request, with costs borne by the customer.
7. Customer Responsibilities
- Providing accurate shipping and delivery information.
- Paying import duties, taxes, and fees at the destination.
- Ensuring timely customs clearance at the destination.
8. Damaged or Lost Shipments
- In the event of damaged or lost shipments, please notify us within 7 days of delivery.
- Claims will be processed in accordance with the terms of the shipping insurance policy.
